Refund/Exchange Process
- Return approved
- Product inspected
- Customer will be notified of decision and confirm a refund/exchange
- If valid, a refund will be processed within 10 business days; alternatively, exchanges will be actioned and despatched within 10 business days if stock is available.
Refunds can only be processed via original payment method.
For exchanges the customer can choose a product of a similar or lesser value for which BBF will arrange delivery, on condition that stock is available.
