Refund/Exchange Process

1. Return approved
2. Product inspected
3. Customer will be notified of decision and confirm a refund/exchange
4. If valid, a refund will be processed within 10 business days; alternatively, exchanges will be actioned and despatched within 10 business days if stock is available.

Refunds can only be processed via original payment method.

For exchanges the customer can choose a product of a similar or lesser value for which BBF will arrange delivery, on condition that stock is available.
