Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- No one being available to receive the parcel.
- Restricted site access.
- Incorrect contact details.
The courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.
In such cases:
- Additional delivery charges may apply.
- We will contact you to arrange redelivery.

BBF is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout or delays arising from courier processes once the parcel has been dispatched.
