Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Aramex tracking number (where applicable).

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly via the Aramex tracking platform.

Please allow up to 24 hours from dispatch for tracking information to become active in the Aramex system.

Delivery is fulfilled by Aramex, and tracking updates are subject to their operational systems and processes. While we work closely with our courier partner, BBF does not control real-time tracking updates once the parcel has been handed over for delivery.
